Start-Up Pitch Day

On Thursday, March 1, 2012, the North Texas RCIC and IBM Innovation Center will host a Pitch Day for start-up ventures in the technology field. Pitch Day is an opportunity for entrepreneuers with a start-up venture of less than 5 years, a protected technolgy, and a solid team, to pitch to the North Texas RCIC family of investors. Six pre-vetted deals are to be presented and a two-page investor summary will be available to the audience. For more information, visit this link PitchDay Flyer.

Pitch Day Schedule

1:00 - 1:25 pm : Registration

1:25 - 1:30 pm : Welcome & Introductions

1:30 - 5:00 pm : Start-Up Pitches (Each pitch will be a 10 minute pitch followed by 10 minutes of Q&A)

5:00 - 7:00 : Post-Pitch Cocktail Networking

How Do I Apply to Pitch Day?

To start the process, all companies must submit a plan through our website.  Application deadlines will be posted on our website.   Our next Pitch Day will be in Fort Worth on May 26th - hosted by TCU Neeley School of Business. Once we receive your submission, your company will be invited to visit with the North Texas RCIC to review the technology and business plan with one of our team members. No company is permitted to pitch that has not gone through the North Texas RCIC screening process.
